Matt is a litigator who concentrates on patent disputes in the federal courts. With over nineteen years of legal experience, Matt is an aggressive advocate with a successful track record in enforcing his clients' rights in court. Matt is experienced in all aspects of litigation, both in court and out of court, from depositions and discovery through summary judgment motions and trial.

Matt has successfully represented clients in patent cases involving a broad spectrum of technologies – everything from pitchforks and flytraps to polymer gels and microfiber acoustical insulation. In a recent patent case involving cardiovascular stent technology, a jury awarded Matt's client more than $20 million in infringement damages following a dramatic, three-week trial.
