Biography
Jonathan practices intellectual property law with an emphasis on patent litigation. While at law school, Jonathan was the Outside Articles Editor for the North Dakota Law Review and has written on intellectual property law. During his years as a mechanical engineering student, Jonathan worked as a coop student at 3M where he worked in design engineering, manufacturing, and product development. During his senior year in the engineering program, Jonathan also worked on an interdisciplinary team as a NASA researcher where he designed and analyzed the thermal components of an agricultural camera as they would interface with the International Space Station.
Prior to joining CCVL, Jonathan was a law clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge Daniel L. Hovland in the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota.
