Biography
Brian's practice concentrates on patent and copyright litigation. He has handled a variety of intellectual property cases, particularly in the pharmaceutical, chemical, computer software and hardware industries, and is experienced in developing trial strategies in actions for patent infringement, copyright infringement, and trade secret misappropriation.
Brian has substantial experience in all aspects and phases of intellectual property litigation. He also has substantial experience in conducting patent infringement and validity studies, as well as counseling on intellectual property issues with respect to mergers and acquisitions. Brian was named a 2008 and 2009 “Rising Star” by the Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine.
