Minneapolis (5/1/2004) - Carlson, Caspers, Vandenburgh & Lindquist welcomes Tara Norgard to the firm. Tara is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. She began her practice as a law clerk to Hon. Donald P. Lay of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and then joined a large law firm in Chicago, Illinois, before starting at CCVL. Tara specializes in patent litigation with a focus on medical devices.
