Minneapolis (10/1/2004) - Carlson, Caspers, Vandenburgh & Lindquist welcomes R.J. Zayed as a partner to the firm. R.J. brings a wide range of experience to CCVL in the area of intellectual property litigation including patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright litigation. He has extensive experience in trial and appellate advocacy having tried over 30 federal jury trials and argued over 25 appeals before the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. R.J.'s prior legal experience includes a judicial clerkship to Honorable John F. Grady, Chief Judge, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Minnesota and a principal at Fish & Richardson.
