Minneapolis (1/4/2008) - Carlson, Caspers, Vandenburgh & Lindquist welcomes the addition of five lawyers, Mark D. Schuman, Jeffer Ali, Samuel T. Lockner, Sarah M. Stensland and Todd
S. Werner bringing our total to 21 lawyers. The five moved from Merchant and Gould where they represented generic drug companies, securing for them the right to make lower cost alternatives to the branded products. This team has worked on the generic versions of Prilosec®, Protonix®, Uroxatral®, Zantac®, and Focalin® among others. Mr. Schuman has been the lead trial lawyer for Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. and Schwarz Pharma, Inc.
